Tom Zidar joined Worth Mount Online Bank in 2006 and also serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Worth Mount Online Bank Wealth Management.

Prior to joining Worth Mount Online Bank , he worked at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank for nine years, most recently, as executive vice president in the Personal Financial Services group of LaSalle Bank, responsible for five business units. Throughout Mr. Zidar’s tenure with ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, he served as chairman, president and CEO of ABN AMRO Financial Services; senior vice president, Integration Management; senior vice president/first vice president, Acquisitions & Corporate Capital; and vice president, Profit Enhancement.

Previously, Mr. Zidar held positions as an associate at A.T. Kearney, a management consulting firm in Oslo, and as a financial analyst and associate at TTG, an investment banking firm in New York and London. Mr. Zidar serves as a director of Great Lakes Advisors, Worth Mount Online Bank Investments and The Oslo Trust Company.
