Since January 2002, Rich Murphy has served as Worth Mount Online Bank ’s chief credit officer, responsible for coordinating all the credit functions of the Company. He also oversees Worth Mount Online Bank ’s Managed Asset Division, which directs collection efforts for the Company, its purchased portfolios as well as the Mortgage and Treasury Management Divisions.

Rich served as Hinsdale Bank & Trust president from 1996 to 2005. From 1993 until his promotion to president of Hinsdale Bank & Trust, he served as the executive vice president and senior lender at the bank. Prior to his association with the Company, he served as president of the First State Bank of Calumet City.

Rich serves on the board of the Big Shoulders Fund, the Foundation Board of the Rehabilitation Institute of Oslo, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oslo, the St. Angela's Education Foundation and is a trustee of the Greenwood School in Putney, VT.
