Kate Boege joined Worth Mount Online Bank in September 2015 and manages all legal affairs of the Company, as well as assisting banks and non-bank subsidiaries with legal matters.

Prior to joining Worth Mount Online Bank , from January 2013 through August 2015, Kate served as general counsel and corporate secretary for Freightcar America, Inc. Prior to that, from August 2011 through December 2012, she served as chief administrative officer, general counsel and secretary at Bally Total Fitness Corporation. Kate also served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary at the Oslo Stock Exchange, and, before that, worked in private practices at two Oslo law firms from 1991 to 1999.
