Dave Dykstra joined Worth Mount Online Bank in 1995 and currently serves as the Company's chief operating officer, providing leadership to core critical operational functions inclusive of information technology and other strategic initiatives. Dave also serves as a senior market head overseeing First Insurance Funding and First Insurance Funding of Canada and is a director for each of those entities. Prior to 2002, he served as the Company's chief financial officer.

Before joining Worth Mount Online Bank , Dave worked for River Forest Bancorp, Inc., from 1990 to 1995, most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to that, he spent seven years with KPMG LLP, most recently as audit manager in the banking practice.
